Michelle is the owner of Pranayama Mama Yoga. She began practicing yoga in 2001. She discovered not only is yoga a great workout, it also brings clarity, peace of mind, and a path to self acceptance. She obtained her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2016 and became a certified Pelvic Floor Yoga teacher in 2018. Her mission as a yoga instructor is to empower women to take charge of their mental and physical health through the healing and restorative power of yoga. Students in Michelle's classes learn to create a mind/body connection through movement and breath, creating better physical mobility, calmness of mind, and ultimately, better quality of life. Michelle is a wife, mother of two, and resides in Gilbert, AZ.
