Class Descriptions

Postpartum Yoga

This class restores the muscles of the core, improves pelvic floor health, decreases painful sex, heals or improves diastisis recti, improves prolapse, builds strength and stamina, increases energy reduces stress and anxiety, tones the entire body, and provides connection with other moms. Postpartum classes are for all moms, regardless of the age of your “baby.” Group classes, private lessons, and small group classes are available.

Prenatal Yoga

Specifically designed to help accommodate a growing belly while offering balance and support through all three trimesters. Prenatal yoga can improve sleep, reduce stress, decrease back pain, headaches and nausea, while increasing strength, flexibility and endurance. Prenatal yoga prepares the body for labor, helps mamas stay fit during pregnancy, and eases anxiety.

Pelvic Floor Yoga

A therapeutic class to reconnect the brain with the pelvic region. Pelvic Floor Yoga brings relief for those suffering from a weak core or weak pelvic floor muscles, incontinence, pain during intercourse, pelvic pain, muscles spasms of the pelvic floor, prolapse, diastisis recti (separated abdominals), frequent urination, interstitial cystitis, vaginismus, vulvodynia, constipation, hemorrhoids, and bloating.

Yoga for Beginners

Learn the basics of yoga in the comfort of your own home in a private or small group session. Discover how yoga can improve your mental and physical states!

Yoga Groove

Shake up your practice with this high energy, calorie burning class. Yoga Groove combines yoga, dance, and plyometrics set to hip hop and electronic dance music. It is a complete workout for the body and mind.

Iron Yoga combines traditional yoga poses with light weights and a little cardio. Bursts of HIIT get the heart rate up, while use of weights tones and shapes the body. This is a fun way to burn calories, gain strength and muscle tone, and improve flexibility.
